Lunt-Fontanne Theatre is mainly organized into 3 main sections. The first section is the orchestra floor which contains 3 major columns and 30 rows labeled. Columns are labeled from A-ZZ, front to back. Each seat is then numbered with odd numbers on the left section, even numbers on the right section, and 100s in the middle section.

The second section would be the Front Mezzanine which provides an alleviated view. The first row of this sections is where the premium seatings, Box A and Box B located. These seats are the best seats in the theatre however, they do come with a hefty price. Columns are labeled from A-E, front to back. Each seat is then numbered with odd numbers on the left section, even numbers on the right section, and 100s in the middle section. Front Mezzanine overhang starts a row J of the orchestra floor.

The last section is the Rear Mezzanine section. These are the furthest seats in the theatre and also the highest. Seats here are most often sold at the lowest prices with additional discounts from time to time. Columns in this section are labeled from A-N, front to back. Each seat is then numbered with odd numbers on the left section, even numbers on the right section, and 100s in the middle section.

Accessible seats

All accessible seats are located on the orchestra section of the theatre.

Wheelchair Accessible:

  • Row G seat no. 15 (far left)
  • Row W seat no. 15 (far left)
  • Row Z seat no. 3 (first seat of the left column from the middle)
  • Row Z seat no. 113 (middle row, next to the right column seats)
  • Row Z seat no. 4 (by the aisle, adjacent to Row Z seat no. 113)

Companion seats are located right next to the wheelchair accessible seats.

Low Vision/Deaf & Hard of Hearing Seats:

  • Row C seat no. 1 and 3 (left column section)
  • Row C seat no. 2 and 4 (right column section)

Aisle Transfer Seats:

(Movable armrests for guests who have limited mobility and are by the aisles)

  • Row D seat no. 101 and 114 (middle column)
  • Row F seat no. 1 (left column) and 2 (right column)
  • Row G seat no. 101 and 114 (middle column)
  • Row R seat no. 1 (left column), 101 and 114 (middle column), and 2 (right column)
  • Row T seat no. 1 (left column)
