Eight Tony Awards, including Best Musical for its Broadway debut, prove Sweeney Todd's worldwide success. Fans all over the world were thrilled by Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler's dark theater production and its spine-chilling allure is a big part of why it's so amazing.

You see, there is this horrible judge who wants the gorgeous wife of a London barber and sends him to Australia for a crime he did not do. Returning after 15 years, calling himself Sweeney Todd, and going back to his old trade, the now vengeful man vows to take revenge for his false imprisonment, and this is where the story gets very interesting. His razor does more than just shave; it kills! Yes, you read that right: murder!

The bodies are eventually shuttled down to Mrs. Lovett, who uses them in her meat-pie shop and sells them to unsuspecting London customers. Though a lot fall to his blade, Sweeney's thirst for blood will not be satisfied until he cuts open the judge's throat.

You must be there at Lunt-fontanne Theatre to witness this incredible story unwind. The cast is completely triumphant in rendering this rendition, and the costumes are truly remarkable. Unfortunately, like all good things in life, there will only be a few slots available, and they will finish very fast. To avoid disappointment, be sure to grab your tickets now before it is too late.
