The story-line becomes extremely intense when the man, who now calls himself Sweeney Todd, returns after 15 years, picks up his old trade, and promises to exact revenge for his false imprisonment. His blade not only shaves, but also kills! That's right, you read that correctly: murder. Eventually, the bodies are transported to Mrs. Lovett, who uses them in her meat-pie store and sells them to unwary Londoners.

Sweeney's want for blood will not be quenched until he slits the judge's throat, even though many die to his blade. This theater production is excellent in every way. You can count on this one to give you the time of your life thanks to a fantastic tale and the most astounding visuals and props the world has ever seen, but sadly, like everything this brilliant, there is always a drawback: tickets are selling out fast.
