After opening a barbershop above Mrs. Lovett's diminishing pie shop, Todd sets out on a mission for vengeance. Due to Todd's ravenous desire for blood, the bodies pile up and Mrs. Lovett eventually gets that special new element for her meat pies that causes a sensation in London.
