You see, there is this evil judge who transports a London barber to Australia for a crime he did not commit because of his desire for the attractive wife of said barber.

The story becomes extremely powerful when the man, who now calls himself Sweeney Todd, comes back after 15 years, picks up his old trade, and swears to exact revenge for his false imprisonment. His blade not only shaves, but also kills! That's right, you read that correctly: murder. Eventually, the bodies are transported to Mrs. Lovett, who uses them in her meat-pie store and sells them to unwary Londoners.

Sweeney's want for blood will not be quenched until he slits the judge's throat, even though many die to his blade. This play is excellent in every way. You expect this one to give you the time of your life thanks to a fantastic tale and the most incredible visuals and props on the planet, but sadly, like everything this good, there is always a drawback: tickets are selling out fast.
